Audio Teachings
As a part of my training with Bright Dawn, I am required to offer a Dharma Glimpse every couple of weeks to my fellow lay-minister trainee's.
The word Dharma, though it may be an uncommon term in our Western culture, it refers to a life-lesson or a truth about the reality of life. Thus, a Dharma Glimpse, also known as a Dharma Talk, is a teaching on an experience that can serve as a life-lesson.
The wonderful thing about listening to these teachings is that it does
not require your belief in anything in-particular; it doesn't espouse
absolute truth, it simply asks you to experience the teachings first-hand in your own life.

This can be done via self-reflection, or by taking a moment throughout your day for quite contemplation, via meditation, or just in the everyday-ness of life.
There's no right way; there's only your experience and the meaning you make of it.
Below you will find recordings of the Dharma Glimpses that I have offered to my lay-ministry cohort and I have decided to
offer them to you, too. Click the play button below to listen.
